• How do I buy a product?

  Browse the marketplace or category pages, open a product, fill the lead form, and pay via Razorpay. After payment you can download the PDF or access the session link from My Orders.

• How do I become a creator?

  Sign up and choose "Sell content (Creator)". Complete the store setup with your store name and slug. Then upload products; they go live after admin approval.

• What commission does the platform take?

  The platform takes 30% of each sale. Creators receive 70%. If a sale comes through an affiliate link, the affiliate gets 10% and the creator gets 60%.

• How do I get my earnings?

  Earnings are tracked in your Creator dashboard. Payouts are processed according to the platform's payout policy (configure in admin settings).

• Is my payment secure?

  Yes. We use Razorpay for payments. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we do not store them.

• Can I get a refund?

  Refund policy is set by the platform and/or creators. Contact support for refund requests.
